• Corporate Trust

  Corporate Trust supports Vórtx's trustee, bookkeeping and custodian services. With accurate monitoring and systemic controls the three services are performed safely and at scale. We understand that personalization and service customization is essential to the success of our deliveries.

• Funds Trust

  The administration of an investment fund includes all services related directly or indirectly to its operation and maintenance. Within its legal and regulatory limitations, the Administrator is empowered to perform the acts necessary for the fund’s operation, including contracting, on behalf of the fund, third parties duly qualified and authorized to provide services. The Administrator is also responsible for the constitution of the fund and for providing information to the CVM (Brazilian regulatory commission).

• Clearing Agent

  The Clearing Agent Agent is responsible for providing financial settlement services. The Clearing Agent's main purpose is to represent the institution in the course of settlement.

• Non-resident Investor

  CMN Resolution 4373/2014, allows non-resident investors (INR) to access the Brazilian capital markets, in order to enjoy numerous tax attractions of this type. Vórtx provides custody, legal and tax representation services for INRs that are intended to enter the Brazilian capital markets. Legal and tax representation refers to the reporting of transactions involved to regulators: Central Bank, Securities Commission and Brazilian Federal Revenue. • Escrow Prime

  The Escrow Account is a tool to guarantee use in financial transactions from the simplest to the most complex. The main objective is the protection of resources while certain conditions of your business materialize.

• Vórtx QR Tokenizadora

  The first tokenization full-stack platform authorised by CVM to operate in regulatory sandbox system. As an infrastructure provider to the capital markets, the Tokenizadora will allow issuers, structurers, distributors and investors to create, issue, offer, distribute, trade, liquidate transactions with digital transferable securities in a simple, safe, non bureaucratic and direct way.

  Technology, process and qualified professionals ensure the security and excellence of Vórtx bookkeeping services.
  We offer complete bookkeeping and clearing services for issuers of fixed income assets and investment funds shares (FIIs, FIPs, FIDCs and ETFs). We are responsible for the electronic registration of issued papers, tax treatment, payment's clearing, reconciliation assets with the central depository, client's report dispatch and periodic report to regulatory bodies.
