Vórtx does not restrict itself to investors within the Brazilian borders: we also offer legal and tax representation services, as well as custody, for non-resident investors who would like to invest in Brazilian capital markets. All operations and processes are centralized in a single area at Vórtx, which makes us leaner, more efficient, and transparent for clients.
In the legal representation services, we register non-resident investors and report assets in their portfolio to the Brazilian authorities.
Equally, in the tax representation services we are responsible for the withholding of taxes on behalf of non-resident investors and their representation before the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service.
In the custody services we hold, maintain, control, and reconcile the portfolio of assets of a non-resident investor, keeping segregated custody accounts on behalf of each one of them.
